PAYMENTS - HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?
YES! Our checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?
All orders will receive an email confirmation with your order # and details.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We ship all orders on Tuesdays Only, with the exception of holidays.
A tracking number will be sent after your confirmation email, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Please see shipping policies for more information.
WHAT ABOUT PRESERVATIVES?
All our products use natural preservatives to keep our syrups fresh without changing the taste. They are perishable and have a a “Use By” date on every bottle, but we believe you’ll find it worth it.
DO YOU NEED TO REFRIGERATE?
Yes, any opened bottle needs to be refrigerated, and shake well before each use as natural settling may occur.
